A large garden job, completed over a period of time. The job included laying a natural sandstone patio, building paths and walls, laying turf, relocating large shrubs, and creating new beds.

A small job, removing toilet and sink to allow for new flooring to be laid. Glass sink with pedestal replaced and as well as toilet.
Painting a large kitchen and family room after two rooms knocked into one. Pale lilac walls, white ceiling and white paint work.

A happy family after fixing the climbing activity centre that had been completely demolished by Storm Katie.This included refititng a new resin coated platform and reinforcing the frame.
Cleaning decking in preparation for wood staining. Scrubbing and jet washing with specialist decking cleaner.
Painting the exterior of a detached house. This involved preparing th walls by washing and scrubbing down with an antifungal wash, then painting 2 coats of high quality white masonry paint over the old cream paint. The final look is fresh and the paint guaranteed for 10 years.
A garden clearance, for a returning customer who has just moved to a new property. The area outside the property was overgrown and obsured the view when exiting the drive. Rubbish and leaves also needed to be cleared from the garden.

Several odd jobs for a customer including hanging a pair of curtain poles in the living room.
Another garden job for a client. The decking was unstable and in parts had fallen through. I took the boards up and saw that the base had rotten through, due to being laid directly on soil. I prepared a hardcore foundation and compacted this down, built a new frame using treated timber and replaced the good decking boards.
For this part of the job, I was asked to re-lay a patio that had sunk. We had to carefully remove the good patio stones, individually clean them ready to reuse them. As with the previous decking, a new hardcore foundation was required. The patio stones re-laid and looking as good as new. Another satisfied customer.
Transforming a bathroom for a client. A new sink unit was installed after the old sink and pedestal had been removed. The taps on the bath were also replaced as well as the bath panels. Old tiles were removed and new tiles installed to match. The room was then repainted to create a fresh looking bathroom. The client also requested a mirror to be fiited above a towel holder.
Fitting new laminate flooring for a returing customer. The old floor was removed and the skirtings repainted. The new floor was fitted without the use of the unattractive beading, the flooring was fitted under the skirtings to create a clean, neat finishe.
